Janet is the Chief Exploration Officer who is responsible for bringing The Journey to reality. She is a tireless advocate for youth workers and young people. She is the former Executive Director of Community Partnerships with Youth.
Tom is the Chief Experience Officer who ensure The Journey programs are an “experience of a lifetime.” He also leads a private coaching and consulting practice, The Creative Edge.
Kelly is the Director of State Campus Exploration and helps create opportunities for students to imagine a career in youth work. She is the former CEO of College Mentors For Kids.
Melinda Bowman is the Executive Assistant who makes it all run smoothly. Contact her first. She has her masters (Leadership Dev) and undergraduate (Elem. Ed.) degrees from Ball State University and experience in AmeriCorp, as a teacher and as a Campus Minister.
Ellen is the Executive Director of AYS, Inc., home of The Journey. An Indiana leader in youth development, she has devoted her career to making youth work a rewarding, professional endeavor.
