The Journey Fellowship for Students is a unique opportunity for students to explore careers working with youth and become better grounded in who they are. Through a grant from the Lilly Endowment, we are able to provide opportunities for students to

• learn about career options in youth development and explore the field through a paid internship at an Indiana youth-serving organization;
  
• attend retreats and programs focused on personal exploration and development; and
  
• network with professionals in the field of youth work and make job connections
